Delivery

2–4 working days anywhere in Pakistan. Cash on Delivery in every city we ship to. You can open the parcel and check the watch in front of the rider before you hand over any money.

Delivery is included in the price shown. There is no surprise charge at the door.

Exchanges

Seven days from delivery. The watch must be unworn, with its box and tags. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will arrange the pickup. We cover delivery on an exchange.

Refunds

Seven days, same condition. Return shipping on a refund is yours. Once the watch reaches us and checks out, the refund goes back the way you paid within 3–5 working days.

Damaged or wrong item

Message us the same day with a photo. We fix it at our cost — no argument, no restocking fee.
